Position: Full Time or Part Time Receptionist
Join our friendly Front Office team at the Hodson Bay Hotel

Role responsibilities include:
Welcoming guests and being their first point of contact during their stay.
Anticipating guests' needs to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including check-in and check-out procedures.
Supporting the development and organization of the Reception area.
Providing excellent customer service, maximizing bookings through effective communication and sales skills.
Ensuring high standards of guest service are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a busy hotel environment, with familiarity with Front Office systems such as Opera (preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proven ability to work well within a team.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
