Administrative Professional

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Professional to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across both HR and office administration, working directly with the Site Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in front-of-house activities, including welcoming visitors and managing reception.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for the site, handling inquiries, and directing queries to the relevant person or department.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining employee data and updating policies.
  • Manage employee queries relating to benefits and ensure annual leave balances are kept up to date.
  • Support weekly payroll and prepare monthly reports on absenteeism, leave, recognition, and turnover.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a HR administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
