As a key member of our organization, you will provide administrative support to Department Heads and stakeholders. Your role will involve handling confidential information with discretion, performing various administrative tasks, recording meeting minutes, preparing reports, and managing HR records.
Key Responsibilities:- Support multiple Department Heads as the primary contact point for stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information and perform administrative tasks with tact and professionalism.
- Record meeting minutes, prepare comprehensive reports, and manage personnel records.
- Approve and analyze time sheets, offer phone support, and coordinate bookings.
- Liaise with stakeholders, draft responses, and handle correspondence effectively.
- Carry out special projects, meet deadlines, and provide general office support.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative position.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple Suite (Keynote).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- A flexible, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
