Our client, a huge building providers, aims to recruit an experienced Heating & Plumbing Trade Counter Assistant.
The ideal candidate will provide an outstanding level of service at our trade counter and over the phone, maximizing sales at every opportunity.
They will have a strong knowledge of plumbing and heating products.
Key Responsibilities: Serve and advise trade and retail customers at the trade counter.
Handle sales inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Process orders, quotations, and returns accurately.
Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Build relationships with existing and new customers.
Requirements: Experience in a trade counter, plumbing, heating, or builders merchant environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of heating and plumbing products is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Basic IT skills for order processing.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
