An exceptional career opportunity has arisen for a Tax Director to join a global technology business, headquartered in Dublin.
Reporting to the Head of Global Tax, you'll becoming a key member of a high-performing tax team, contributing to major transactions, overseeing compliance, and managing tax risk across the group.
This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional who enjoys being hands on - someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is detail-oriented, and eager to play a central role in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

About the position
Lead the global consolidated tax provision process
Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team on a range of advisory projects, including M&A, financing, restructuring, and cash repatriation.
Monitor international tax developments to identify potential risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to address them effectively.
Stay aligned with evolving business practices to ensure tax reporting reflects the group's dynamic operating environment.
Manage tax audits, disputes, and relationships with relevant tax authorities.
Stay current on global transfer pricing developments, including OECD and local regulatory changes, and assess their implications for the group.
About the person
10+ years of PQE tax experience, preferably in a multinational group or Big 4 firm.
Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS, and global tax regulations.
Strategic mindset with attention to detail and risk management.
Organized self-starter, who is goal oriented and possesses the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work well with people across various teams.
