Job Title Quality Controller Job Location West Cork Salary €40K - €50K BOE About the Company: INFORM3 are recruiting for a Quality Controller to maintain an independent quality overview over our clients processes and outputs. The ideal candidate should have around 2+ years experience in a similar role with proven experience implementing and overseeing quality improvements in the manufacturing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where you can further develop your skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for ensuring that all product manufactured is done within the company regulations and guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities Include: Take direct responsibility for all the quality processes and procedures Ensure that the Quality Management Systems are maintained for manufacturing, control, storage and distribution processes. Work with production/sales/innovation departments to manager Supplier Quality and Compliance. Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met. Implement and maintain policies and procedures for all Quality actions within the business. Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement. Develop, execute and analyse quality reporting measures. Assist and manage other functional department employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards are adhered to and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures. Engage with the supply chain and project team for a correct deployment of quality processes. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Compile and monitor the key quality indicators at the site. Essential Criteria: 2+ years experience working as a Quality Engineer. Degree or Equivalent within a scientific discipline. Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to motivate others to achieve results. Knowledge of standards and outcomes for quality, health and safety. Good attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
