Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled
Full Stack Developer, Ruby on Rails (RoR)
to join our team at OnePageCRM.
Main Objective
Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable CODE
Maintain code quality and keep tests Green
Responsibilities
Programming
Write secure and scalable Ruby on Rails (RoR) code following best practices.
Work with the Tech Lead to develop the overall application architecture.
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the team on best engineering standards.
Lead projects to completion.
Solve customer service support bugs.
Production
Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Resolve production incidents.
Security Assessments and Incident Response
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
Respond to security incidents, investigating and mitigating threats.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience in programming.
4+ years of experience in a
Backend Developer
or similar role.
Experience working with
Ruby on Rails
,
MongoDB
,and
React.js
.
Experience with unit testing, automated testing (
Rspec
,
Cucumber
).
Experience with integrations/API (
RESTful
).
Strong understanding of
Linux
/Unix server environments (Scripting, Service config, Bash).
Experience with
AWS Cloud
and infrastructure.
Experience building and running high-performance applications.
Experience with security tools and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
