Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Full Stack Developer, Ruby on Rails (RoR) to join our team at OnePageCRM.

Main Objective

- Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable CODE
- Maintain code quality and keep tests Green

Responsibilities

- Programming

- Write secure and scalable Ruby on Rails (RoR) code following best practices.

- Work with the Tech Lead to develop the overall application architecture.

- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the team on best engineering standards.

- Lead projects to completion.

- Solve customer service support bugs.

- Production

- Monitor and support production systems to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Resolve production incidents.

- Security Assessments and Incident Response

- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.

- Respond to security incidents, investigating and mitigating threats.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience in programming.
- 4+ years of experience in a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Experience working with Ruby on Rails, MongoDB,and React.js.
- Experience with unit testing, automated testing (Rspec, Cucumber).
- Experience with integrations/API (RESTful).
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix server environments (Scripting, Service config, Bash).
- Experience with AWS Cloud and infrastructure.
- Experience building and running high-performance applications.
- Experience with security tools and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
