As Accommodation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness throughout our hotel.
Key Responsibilities: To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation departmentTo participate in Departmental trainingTo work as part of the Accommodation TeamCleaning of guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an excellent standardsCleaning of public areas to an excellent standardUndertake regular deep cleaning tasksRestock and maintain trolley on daily basisManage all guest requests in a timely and efficient mannerMaking sure that all checklists are completed to an excellent standardThe ideal candidate for this position: Previous hotel cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferredEnjoy working as part of a teamAlways maintain a professional image through appearanceMust be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills.Should also have the ability to work well under pressure.Why work with us?
