EHS Officer
to join their team on a major project in
Kinsale

The Role
As an
EHS Officer
, you'll be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across a dynamic construction site.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement and maintain robust safety systems, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive a culture of safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Health & Safety Manager in all site safety matters
Ensure compliance with company and site-specific safety protocols
Conduct site inspections, audits, and daily safety walks
Deliver inductions and toolbox talks
Review subcontractor documentation (RAMS, SPA, etc.)
Assist in incident investigations and reporting
Chair safety meetings and identify training needs
Maintain and update the Safety Management System
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Strong background in construction safety
Must have pharma construction experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Remuneration on offer
Up to €70,000 plus pension from day 1 plus 25 days annual leave
