We work with homeowners and small businesses who need reliable support tackling everyday repairs and minor upgrades.We carry out jobs that can be completed within a day.Our ideal candidate brings a broad toolkit, a problem-solving mindset, and a friendly, professional, high-quality attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform minor plumbing tasks (fix leaks, clear blockages, replace taps)Carry out basic electrical repairs and installations (replace outlets, fixtures, switches)Handle painting, patching, caulking, and decorative touch-upsTiling, repair, small areas (splash back, shower)Assemble and install flat-pack furniture, shelving, blinds, and curtain railsConduct simple carpentry work (repair /fit doors, fit skirting boards, replace fence panels)Hang pictures, TV brackets, mirrorsMinor plastering and blockwork (patching, rebuilding)Maintain tools, keep work areas clean, and dispose of waste responsiblyQualifications and RequirementsFluent in EnglishMinimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in property maintenance or handyman workProficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasksOwns a comprehensive set of toolsFull clean driving licenceOwn van an advantage but not essentialStrong attention to quality, detail and commitment to health and safety standardsExcellent customer-facing communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €30,******-€55,****** per yearExpected hours: 39 per weekBenefits:Company carEmployee assistance programFlexitimeProfit sharingWork Location: In personReference ID: Maintenance VacancyExpected start date: 22/09/2025
