Our client is reshaping a core everyday consumer category, developing a brand that blends practicality, quality, and sustainability.
With production overseas and direct-to-consumer distribution across Ireland and the UK, they are scaling quickly into a high-growth e-commerce venture.
About the Role
They are now making one of their earliest senior hires: a Senior Operations Manager to take full ownership of the operational backbone and ensure smooth scaling from early pilot through rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from product setup through fulfilment.
Establish and oversee warehouse and order management systems, ensuring strong integration with the online sales platform.
Design and refine processes covering inventory, distribution, and returns.
Liaise with manufacturing partners overseas to align on schedules, output, and quality.
Develop scalable logistics solutions for fulfilment across Ireland, the UK, and new markets.
Ensure accurate data flow between production, warehouse, e-commerce, and finance systems.
Spot operational bottlenecks, anticipate future requirements, and implement fixes.
Recruit and lead additional operations staff as the organisation grows.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management — ideally with exposure to e-commerce or consumer goods.
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge of warehouse and order management systems and their integrations.
Proven track record of building operations infrastructure in a scaling business.
Experience collaborating with international manufacturers and freight partners.
Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
Excellent communicator, adept at cross-team and international coordination.
Solutions-oriented, with the ability to design clear, efficient, and scalable processes.
Preferred Skills
Play a foundational role in a company carving out a fresh space in a major consumer segment.
Contribute to a brand with a strong focus on sustainability and consumer well-being.
Take full ownership of operations with direct input into business strategy and execution.
Advance with the company — the role has clear progression potential toward Head of Operations or COO.
