Site Foreman Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Foreman to oversee the construction of an accommodation project in Dublin City Centre.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to the project construction team, ensuring high standards and adequate resources.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors with the program of works.
  • Identify buildability challenges and propose cost-effective or time-saving construction methods.
  • Ensure accurate and transparent reporting, including forecasting and risk management.
  • Develop and deliver work plans, outlining key project parameters, resourcing, procurement, and program management.
  • Guarantee project delivery to quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in large-scale mixed residential or commercial construction, with a proven track record of leading project teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and certification standards.
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to collaborate as part of a team.
