Inform3 are recruiting for a Cork based main contractor who are working on a one-off high-end house located in South County Cork. They require a Site Foreman to take the project from its current internal plastering stage to handover in 6 months' time.
Retaining walls/external work also involved.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a carpentry background and experience in external work. Strong order book of residential projects in both Cork and Limerick long-term.
