Role: Site Foreman - Residential Developments

Location: Dublin West (onsite)

Type: Permanent

Please note you must be based in Ireland, and have valid working rights in Ireland to be considered for this position.

Parker Stewart are working with a well known property development and management organisation based in Dublin to hire a Site Foreman on a permanent basis. This position will be onsite at Dublin West locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with high-rise experience considered a distinct advantage. This is a key role in ensuring that developments are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Duties

  • Oversee day-to-dayoperations on-site, coordinating all trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure construction works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and building regulations
  • Enforce and monitor health & safety compliance across all site activities
  • Liaise with the project manager, design team, and consultants to resolve on-site issues and maintain progress
  • Supervise quality control procedures and maintain site documentation and report

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' site supervisory experience in residential construction; high-rise experience is a strong advantage.
  • Trade background or construction-related qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of current Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and modern construction methods.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead diverse on-site teams in a fast-paced residential environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
