Key Objective:
Maximize sales and profitability through excellent customer service and visual merchandising, creating a unique brand experience aligned with Gym+Coffee values.
Support store management and team leadership.
Candidate must be flexible Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities:
General Management:
Inspire the sales team with a clear vision and lead by example.
Support business strategy through teamwork across departments.
Encourage initiative, problem-solving, and development within the team.
Communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.
Support positive change and execute initiatives enthusiastically.
Motivate the team to deliver a memorable customer experience.
People Management:
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff.
Identify training needs and foster team potential.
Provide performance feedback and recognize outstanding work.
Commercial Awareness:
Understand and communicate store performance.
Share sales targets and results with the team.
Identify risks and areas for improvement, collaborating on solutions.
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback.
Ensure stock availability through effective replenishment.
Brand Experience:
Be an ambassador for the brand.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Identify customer needs and maximize sales via upselling and add-ons.
Handle inquiries and refunds professionally, turning refunds into sales opportunities.
Lead by example to develop the team into brand ambassadors.
Operations Management:
Support store operations in line with brand standards.
Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
Ensure daily banking and administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Promote a safe working environment following health & safety guidelines.
Stock Management:
Maintain stock and administrative records per company policies.
Manage deliveries and minimize stock loss.
Implement loss prevention measures.
Productivity Management:
Manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Delegate tasks effectively and follow up.
Maintain high standards and foster a customer service culture.
Seek feedback for personal growth.
Perform any other duties as required.
