We are working with a leading international law firm based in Dublin for a Senior Associate to join their Commercial team.

The Role: The successful candidate will join a dynamic Commercial team, advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts involving IP, technology, digital services, and regulatory matters.
The Senior Associate will work across a range of sectors including technology, media, entertainment, life sciences, as well as assist with interactions with regulators.

The Senior Associate will play a key role in cross-border transactions and strategic advisory projects, delivering practical and commercial advice, working closely with colleagues across the firm's international offices.
The candidate will also be willing to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

6+ years' PQE; Strong background in commercial law, data protection, or digital regulation.
Background in two or more areas highly desirable; Strong academics; Technically excellent; Supervisory skills; Willingness to become involved in business development; Ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience); International clients; Work closely with the firm's global offices; Possibility to engage in short-term secondments; Inclusive and friendly culture.
