We are working with a top tier international law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Finance & Capital markets team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a top tier Finance and Capital Markets team, advising international and domestic clients on high-value, cross-border transactions.
The candidate will work on a range of matters including debt issuance, fund finance, securitisation, and structured finance matters.
The candidate will have the responsibility of drafting and negotiating transaction documents, while also be willing to mentor junior members of the team.
0-5 years' PQE;
Strong finance and capital markets experience;
Excellent academics;
Technically excellent;
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
International clients;
Opportunity to progress within the firm.
