Career Legal Executive is required for a leading Aviation Finance team. For a Legal Executive / Paralegal with experience in aviation, banking or finance, this is the chance you have been waiting for join a Top 5 firm working on some of the most complex and varied transactions in this sector. Please do not submit your CV for this role if you are currently in the process of sitting FE1 Exams or planning to commence these exams in the future. Duties in this role will include: Preparation of transaction documents including leasing agreements, contracts and novation agreements. Assisting at all stages of varied transactions aircraft leasing, sales and financing. Maintaining communication throughout transactions with all stakeholders both inside and outside of the firm. Ensuring continued compliance with Irish and international regulations. Execution of the registration / deregistration processes with the IAA. Assisting with billing and administration duties. To be considered for this role, you will need to have: 2 years minimum experience as a Legal Executive / Paralegal in a medium or large law firm. This experience must be working within Aviation or more general Finance. Strong experience in prioritizing a busy workload with multiple competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong MS Office skills. The firm offer hybrid working in state of the art offices with inhouse gym.
