Conveyancing Legal Executive

Link Personnel have been instructed by our Client based in South County Dublin on a Legal Executive vacancy. This role will be supporting the Solicitor in the Conveyancing Department and will be a fully in-office position. This will suit a candidate who has exceptional organisational skills and enjoys good autonomy in a role. Call Emma on for details Salary : to €52k DOE Benefits: Salary review, Flexible working hours, Good Work/Life balance. Drafting contracts for sale. Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry Preparing letters of appointment. Stamping of documents. Collating reports and trackers to keep clients informed on the up to date status of their transaction. Assisting in the preparation of transaction completions. Working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents and banks. Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested. The Candidate: 3-4years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Property Department. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation. Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems. Remain calm and optimistic in time sensitive situations or under pressure. Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs. High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
