We are also interested in talking to individuals with experience working on commercial or business jets as an instructor.
**The Maintenance Training Instructor works as part of a team dedicated to the following:*** Provide aircraft maintenance training on products manufactured by the worlds largest OEM's.
Use extensive aviation maintenance experience, technical training experience, and varied computer skills (text & graphics), to develop, deliver, and maintain multi-media and computer-assisted courseware packages.
* This position is customer-facing and is focused on identifying and supporting customers' needs and requests.
* Provides training to the customers at varied locations and manages and resolves a broad range of issues in an autonomous manner.
* Delivers aircraft system training in areas of expertise using a variety of instructional training aids in the classroom environment including the use of multimedia presentations (videos, slides, Power Point), aircraft components and aircraft simulators.
**Essential Requirements*** Proven experience working on Gulfstream or instructor experience working on business jets* Working knowledge of mechanical or avionic aircraft systems related to the area of responsibility.
* Ability to resolve customer instructional issues autonomously.
* Working knowledge in a variety of basic computer software programs.
* Being licenced on these types would be preferential, as well as time experience.
