Objective
Responsible for managing finance operations, financial analysis, producing reports, and supporting the planning of mid/long-term financial goals of the company.

Objective
Responsible for managing finance operations, financial analysis, producing reports, and supporting the planning of mid/long-term financial goals of the company.
Responsibilities
Forecast cash flows, taxes, receivables, payables, and consolidate financial statements.
Maintain banking relationships with banks, conduct financial analysis, among other tasks.
Respond to financial inquiries by collecting, analyzing, summarizing, interpreting data, and reporting to headquarters.
Support local growth activities by providing financial information to client-facing team members.
Contribute to commerical operations of the business with customers, vendors and partners
Monitor revenues and expenses; coordinate collections, manage debts, and report local financial needs to headquarters.
Work with the accounting team to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures; responsible for approving local financial statements.
Control the country budget and provide periodic forecast updates.
Contribute to departmental and company goals.
These responsibilities are representative of tasks performed by the position holders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
6 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in general finance.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Knowledge of Microsoft AX preferred.
Solid understanding of financial accounting standards and financial reporting.
Financial and analytical skills.
Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
Experience in international operations is an asset.
