Senior Account Director (Brand & Design)
We are looking for a Senior Account Director on behalf of a top-tier brand and design consultancy.
This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role focused on managing key accounts, mentoring teams, and driving strategic growth.
The ideal candidate brings agency-side experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead senior client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term success Mentor and guide the client services team to deliver best-in-class service Drive organic account growth through strategic insight and relationship development Collaborate with creative, strategy, and business teams to align work with client goals Enhance agency performance through process and operational improvements Manage account forecasting, profitability, and resource planning Represent the agency in senior client and internal stakeholder interactions

Requirements
8+ years of agency experience in branding, design, or strategy Proven leadership of high-performing account teams Strong strategic and commercial acumen Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary from €70,000 DOE
