Executive Assistant to Chief Pilot and Chief Operations OfficerRyanair is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join Europe's largest airline group.This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.The successful candidate will support both our Chief Pilot and COO.In this exciting role you will play a key part in supporting the Ryanair operation as we continue to grow.Our Chief Pilot and Chief Operations Officer are responsible for the management of our pilot, engineering and operations departments allowing Ryanair to safely operate over 3,700 flights per day and carry over 206 million passengers per year.You will also assist with Staff Travel administration as required to support senior management & meet the travel needs of our people.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDiary & meeting managementTravel/hotel arrangements/ bookings & itinerary preparationCover other PA's / Reception annual leaveEvent management / prep for meetings / AGM / etc.Extensive filing & record keeping of airport contractsDictation of letters/documents/contracts for the management team as requiredMinute taking of weekly meetingsDrafting weekly report for management teamProducing reports using Word, Excel and PowerPointAssisting with ad-hoc projects as and when they ariseScreen incoming calls, email and correspondence and respond independently when possibleRequirementsFriendly, open, approachable personalityComfortable dealing with senior level managementExcellent computer literacyMust be a fast thinker with a positive attitudeHave the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environmentBe able to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamDictaphone typing skills is a plusHave excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work with sensitive information confidentiallyBenefitsCompetitive salaryDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinationsDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per yearCycle 2 Work SchemeUnrivalled career progressionRyanair is an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
