Job Title: Team Assistant
Location: 3rd Floor Connaught House 1 Burlington Road Dublin 4 D04 C5Y6
Reports to: Office Manager
About the Role: The Team Assistant is part of business support team in Corporate Service, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities by handling daily operations, maintaining confidentiality, and adapting to changing needs.
As Team Assistant you will be supporting three head of departments and their teams on their everyday administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
File/Job opening – in compliance with ISO/Audit
Assisting team with documents set up, management & invoicing
Corresponding with clients
Database entry (Client IQ, daft, website listings)
Expense logging and tracking for Head of Department
Diary management for Head of Department
Client pitch assistance, presentations, drafts documents
Support with preparation and formatting of client reports
Event support
What You'll Need
1-3 years secretarial experience
Knowledge of the business/market is desirable
Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
Strong IT skills and full working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint etc)
