Principal Software Engineer roles available - permanent and contract - in Galway
Our client is looking for experienced Principal Software Engineers to join their dynamic Digital Platforms Technology team
There is also hands one developer role at the Director level.

Principal / Tech Lead level role includes leading a squad of talented engineers, driving the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers Build full-stack solutions using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, AWS Drive innovation, collaboration, and DevOps best practices Our client is rapidly growing and offering contract and permanent roles in Galway.

Collaborate closely with an Architect, Product Owner, and fellow Developers to contribute to our client's mission.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience working with Java and Spring (Boot, MVC, etc).
This client is working with Java versions 17 plus.
Experience working with a distributed team.
Extensive experience working with UI technologies is ideal (ideally Angular 6 plus) Extensive experience working with AWS or Azure services and capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Outstanding ability to address and resolve complex challenges Please note that candidates must be based within commutable distance to Galway due to the hybrid working policy and possess the legal right to work.
