As an Irish owned company, Kish Fish is a long-established family-run in the fish business for over 50 years and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and experienced retail assistant to join our Retail team in COOLOCK, Malahide Road Industrial Park, Dublin 17.The successful candidates will be friendly, hard-working and customer orientated.This role is 40 hours and 5 working days per week (Monday – Saturday)Responsibilities and DutiesCapable to work on own initiativeStrong attention to detailSet up well presented fish counter and maintain presentation during the whole day (training provided)Provide product information and advice to customers across the company's rangeDeliver a professional and efficient customer service at all timesAdhere to the excellent food, safety & hygiene standardsQualifications and SkillsMinimum one-year sales experience, preferably in the fresh food industryGood communication skills with fluent EnglishAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamHigh level of customer service to represent the company's good reputation at all timesWhat we offerDiscount on fish bought in retail until.Flexible working times.Competitive rates.Review on salary every 6 months and increases based on performance.Free secure parking.EAPJob Type: Full-timePay: From €***** per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
