Responsibilities
Supervise and support production teams to meet KPIs and schedules.
Coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory ISO standards.
Drive team development, training, and performance management.
Contribute to new product introductions and ongoing process improvements.
Educational / Professional Requirement
4+ years' supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Flexible, organized, and motivated to support team success.
Experience with Lean, ERP systems, and automated processes is a plus.
