Job Title: Electrical Engineer & Energy/Sustainability Lead
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Electrical Engineer
to lead the site's energy and sustainability initiatives through our internal program while providing expert electrical engineering support.
This role combines leadership in energy management with hands-on involvement in electrical project upgrades, energy optimizations, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
GENIUS Lead / Energy & Sustainability
Lead and continuously improve the energy management program.
Promote energy awareness and sustainability culture across the site.
Monitor, analyze, and report on energy consumption and sustainability metrics.
Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed energy and sustainability practices.
Facilitate training and communication on energy conservation.
Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporate policies.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
Electrical Engineer / Site Electrical SME
Support electrical project upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance builds.
Lead electrical design reviews, troubleshooting, and safety compliance efforts.
Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and reliability.
Maintain electrical documentation and assist with vendor coordination.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
More than 2 years of experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design.
Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability frameworks, and regulations.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
