Job Title: Electrical Engineer & Energy/Sustainability Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the site’s energy and sustainability initiatives through our internal program while providing expert electrical engineering support. This role combines leadership in energy management with hands-on involvement in electrical project upgrades, energy optimizations, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

GENIUS Lead / Energy & Sustainability

- Lead and continuously improve the energy management program.
- Promote energy awareness and sustainability culture across the site.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on energy consumption and sustainability metrics.
- Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed energy and sustainability practices.
- Facilitate training and communication on energy conservation.
- Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporate policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.

Electrical Engineer / Site Electrical SME

- Support electrical project upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance builds.
- Lead electrical design reviews, troubleshooting, and safety compliance efforts.
- Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain electrical documentation and assist with vendor coordination.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design.
- Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability frameworks, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
