What you'll do
Review BOQs and drawings
Keep change order tracker up to date
Source and compare material quotes for Site Managers
Calculate order quantities from drawings and site measures
Manage purchase orders and site deliveries
Organise samples for architect approval
What you'll need
A degree or background in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good organisational and communication skills

Desired Skills and Experience
Measurements - how to measure drawings right.
Costs - know prices of materials and labour.
Bills - help with Bills of Quantities.

Numbers - be sharp with maths.
Software - Excel, Cubit, CostX, etc.
