What is the opportunity The Securities administrator will have responsibility for the delivery of efficient security management processes for Consumer Banking, Business Banking / CLS Lending. The role will predominantly focus on the interaction with Customers/ Customer Solicitors, and Business relationship managers to ensure all security instructions received are implemented in line with relevant authority received. The Securities official in partnership with the management team will drive continuous improvement in performance using the levers of Automation & Business Process Offshore opportunities. This role is based full time in our Cabinteely office. In this role you will: Manage all security instructions received with SLA Verification and processing of ATR requests Verification and processing of mortgage vacate requests Handling the Inbound/Outbound phone channel for ATR & Vacate requests Verification of Initial Security Status Reports & Final reports from Panel Solicitors Handling and resolution of Security title document escalations Continuously challenge the "As-Is" with cost & customer agenda front and centre Work closely with the Management team to identify initiatives and implement in a timely manner Continually monitor, progress, and as necessary, escalate the resolution of outstanding issues in line with agreed Service Frameworks, proposing solutions and workarounds as required. More about the team The Corporate and Commercial Customer Delivery Unit is part of the Strategic Transformation and Delivery Division of Corporate and Commercial. It is a large Unit of c300 FTE with a heavy People, Communication and engagement delivery. The individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional colleague engagement within the Units across C&C CD, supporting the SMT sponsor under the Colleague and People pillar.
