Business Development Manager - Legal
Dublin 2 | Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week| PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Managerto join a leading law firm based in Dublin 2.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic growth initiatives within a fast-paced, client-focused, and internationally oriented environment.Working closely with senior leadership, you will take the lead in developing and delivering targeted business development and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the profile of the corporate practice, supporting client acquisition, and strengthening market position.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the business development and marketing components of the department's strategic planLead initiatives to raise the profile of the Corporate and M&A team, working collaboratively with the wider marketing functionManage legal directory submissions and oversee departmental rankingsSupport the preparation of client proposals, pitches, and responses to RFPsCarry out in-depth market, sector, and client research to inform BD planningContinuously review and enhance the department's marketing collateral, including capability statements, deal lists, and web contentSkills & Experience RequiredA degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)At least 5 years' experience in a business development or marketing role within a professional services environmentProven experience leading BD initiatives for a practice area, service line or sector groupStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop compelling marketing contentExperience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple prioritiesStrategic mindset with sound judgement and the ability to work independentlyHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsWhat's on OfferDiscretionary annual bonus scheme25 days annual leaveMarket-leading hybrid working policyTaxSaver and Bike to Work schemesFull access to a gym and wellness programmeTo apply, please send your CVtoÁine at Lex Consultancy.
