Position: Pest Control Service SupervisorContract: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: East of Ireland (Louth, Meath, Kildare)Reporting to Service Manager & Branch ManagerSalary: €33,****** Per Annum, paid monthly.Rentokil Initial is an established global blue-chip organization, operating in over 80 countries for 100 years.We have a number of businesses within Ireland, including Rentokil Pest Control, Initial Washrooms, Initial Medical and Ambius, all our divisions provide our customers with expert services in a host of different specialisms.We are a global leader in Pest Control and one of the leading companies that provide expert Washroom Hygiene, Vending and Floor mat solutions.Every day, as one of our Pest Control Supervisors, is different.You'll be expected to use your problem-solving skills to determine the most effective solution as well as managing staff and aiding in the recruitment process.This role involves a lot of independent working and using your own initiative.Being able to manage your own time is essential.LeadershipAble to support and coordinate driver resources whilst developing managing drivers based at the Service Centre to ensure that the required Company standards are achievedExperience of effective Service support team debriefing procedures to ensure full communication of information to and from customers and colleaguesCustomer serviceProvide clarity on the business expectations of customer service for drivers, ensuring these standards are achievedAssists various members of the service management team, whilst coordinating customer service requests and other related information to ensure customer service expectations are achievedTeam workWorks as part of the overall service support team to ensure all work is completed to the required deadlinesWorks closely with the drivers and service support - to achieve the desired customer service levelsSupports the service support - operative team membersDecision makingManages performance to ensure the driver and vehicle resource is being utilised effectively and efficientlyIdentifies sub-standard customer service, delinquent calls and reports deficiencies to line managerContributes to route solutions for new customer service requirementsReports deficiencies in route or driver performance to line managerWork processesAdheres to company Health Safety and Environmental policies and obligationsCoordinates driver documentation and fleet management process for fleet management for vehiclesCollates driver's performance documentation and reviews details regularly with service manager, being involved in driver debriefsImplements driver best practice and monitors perform of drivers, including the development of product knowledge, service expectations and vehicle specificationsContributes to daily tasks including, answering the phone, performing various administration support tasks, contact centre tasks, filing and making service deliveries as requiredCommunicationsProvides support to service centre management team providing customer service data from the driversSupports and communicates business requirements to the drivers, ensuring all drivers are clear on objectives and tasksOrganisingPlans time to ensure that the service operation runs efficiently to support customer expectationsEnsures that all drivers operate in an efficient and effective mannerCompany resourcesChecks supporting documentation received at the service centre from drivers, notifying line manager of any discrepanciesAssists in maintaining business systems and processes to monitor customer service visits and service request detailsAssists in coordinating customer stock requirements for drivers and performs regular stock counts of stocks on vehiclesRequirementsFull Clean Irish Manual Driving LicenseHave demonstrated leadership skills in any work environmentHave worked in or be ready for a fast-paced and varied work environment.Experience in managing a fleet of commercial vehicles with good knowledge of transport legislation would be advantageous; but don't let this put you off, we train you in all elements of the job.BenefitsWhat we offer in return, as well as joining a FTSE100, we also offer you:A Competitive Salary,Job Stability & Security,Progression Opportunities,20 Annual Leave Days,Access to Company Pension,Employee Assistance Program,Refer A Friend Bonus Scheme,Cycle to Work SchemeIf you would like the chance to work in this exciting role for an innovative company, please apply.For more information on the Rentokil Initial family, please visit our websiteInitial are an equal opportunities employer and are committed to creating a diverse working environment.To find out how we process your data, view ourprivacy policyhere.INDPRIO
