Caretaker

Sodexo is currently recruiting for a full-time Caretaker in MTU Cork, Bishopstown.
This is a permanent role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm, with occasional Saturday work on rotation.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and clean all designated areas to required standards.
Monitor cleaning activities and report non-conformance.
Safely handle cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH regulations.
Carry out basic maintenance tasks, such as painting and minor repairs.
Support event setups and furniture moves.
Conduct monthly preventative maintenance checks.
What We're Looking For: Experience in cleaning and/or facilities support roles.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with health and safety practices including COSHH.
