As the Design Manager, you'll be the main driver of design excellence - coordinating, leading, and managing every step of the design process to ensure the project's success from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities
Leading the design process across multiple phases and coordinating with project stakeholders
Overseeing design development and ensuring alignment with project goals
Driving project outcomes through design management, quality control, and team mentorship
Hybrid role in Adare
Qualifications
Relevant experience in design management, especially in large-scale civil construction projects
Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong commercial awareness and technical knowledge to support project delivery
Ability to travel to Adare
