Estimator – Construction (Hybrid)A well-established main contractor is looking for anEstimatorto join their commercial team in their head office inGalway.This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects across the commercial, industrial, and educational sectors.Role & Responsibilities:Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents.Manage and deliver tender submissions to agreed deadlines.Assess project risks and opportunities from a cost perspective.Source and negotiate quotations from suppliers & subcontractors.Attend meetings with clients and design teams when required.Provide procurement advice to project team during early stages.Requirements:Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a similar discipline.4 years' experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.Experience using estimating software (such as Buildsoft, Cubit, or Causeway), along with Microsoft Excel and COINS.Package:€85k-€95k DOECompany CarFuel CardPensionHybrid (2 days per week)Life Insurance: Covering full-time salaryIncome Protection"Back to Work" Support SchemeSavings Plan / Employee Saver SchemeEmployee Wellness InitiativesExcellent Benefits PackageIf you are anEstimatorconsidering a career move, please feel to send your CV toor callAlannah Mongeyonfor a confidential discussion.
