Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for our Dublin stores.
This position will cover multiple sites, so applicants must have flexibility to travel between store locations.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
What you will do
Operational Store Excellence – Ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines.
Optimise efficiency, streamline processes, and drive informed decision-making for enhanced store performance.
Operational Store Analytics – Achieve company KPIs, Cash & Stock Management Audit, management of store personnel costs and sales performance.
Leadership – Empower your team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
Merchandise and Inventory – Ensure product availability, planogram implementation, and accurate inventory management.
Customer Engagement – Lead by example to provide exemplary service and drive customer engagement.
Brand Integrity – Ensure the welfare of animals in our care and uphold animal welfare standards at all times.
