Person in Charge Permanent Contract35 Hours Per Week An opportunity has arisen in our Residential Service for a person in charge role.
The Person in Charge will co-ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care consistent with the organisation's ethos and values, in a safe, respectful, empathetic, and person-centred manner that promotes inclusion in community life.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring HIQA standards and regulations standards are adhered to.
Essential RequirementsQualification Possess a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework).
Or Be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnaimhseachais na hEireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) or be entitled to be so registeredANDAppropriate management qualification in health or social care management.Hold NMBI / CORU Registration Experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
Full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of role is essential.
