CREGG is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading home energy specialists based in North Co.Cork.Due to ongoing growth, our client is now seeking an office-based Sales Advisor to join their team to assist their customers and partner network in determining SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility.The Role:As a Sales Advisor, you will assist their customers and partner network in determining SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility.Once the proposal is presented to the client, it's the responsibility of the Sales Advisor to discuss the proposal with the homeowner, guiding them on pricing, project timelines and recommending home energy upgrade measures with the best value and clients ROI in mind.This position requires a demonstrated understanding of Building Energy Ratings (BER) and ideally, the various SEAI grant schemes.Comprehensive SEAI grants scheme training will be provided.Working under the One Stop Shop scheme, Community Energy Grants (CEG), Better Energy Homes (BEH), Vacant & Derelict and other schemes available, you will be advising homeowners and professionals on these projects using the information prepared by the sales administration teams.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivator, confident and personable with demonstrable sales expertise.Responsibilities:Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads, events, and referrals.Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.Develop a deep understanding through our training of energy upgrade products and services, including financing and government incentives.Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering compelling sales presentations and guiding customers through the decision-making process.Proposal Development: Provide detailed and accurate proposals, including pricing, timelines, and upgrade recommendations.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, home improvement, or a related industry.Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, and heat pumps or a willingness to learn).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner.Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.Competitive salary commensurate with experience with a high earning potential on offer for the successful candidate.Bike to Work SchemeOn-site parkingFurther educational support, BER training and development opportunitiesFlexible Working HoursCompany paid leaveSports & Social eventsEmployee DiscountsFor further information on the role, please contact Barry Dolan in CREGG (******) with your CV.Please be aware that your CV will not be shared with anyone outside of CREGG without your express permission.#J-*****-Ljbffr
