Regulatory Support Senior Lead - Offshore PMO (E*******)We are the people behind Ireland's electricity grid.We operate the power system with world leading levels of variable asynchronous renewable generation, ensuring that everyone has power when they need it.But that's not all, we are now transforming the power system for future generations.And that's just the beginning of our story.We have a critical purpose.That purpose is to transform the power system to enable our society to reduce our carbon emissions and meet our climate change and net zero ambitions.Be part of the transformationThe OpportunityWe now seeking a Regulatory Support Senior Lead to join our Offshore Programme Management Office (Offshore PMO).As Regulatory Support Senior Lead, you will lead the successful completion of major deliverables within the CTTOO annual regulatory work programme by working with a team of engineering, business and commercially experienced professionals to ensure that business priorities are met.We will look to you to work with the Offshore Leadership Team, Programme and Project Managers to ensure that the delivery of key strategic projects and programmes are in compliance with our Governance Controls and that Investment Plans are delivering the outcomes and benefits agreed with the CRU.As part of your role, you will play an active role in the development, implementation and oversight of the delivery of the annual Regulatory work programme for Offshore related Regulatory Price Review 6 (PR6) deliverables.The TeamThe Chief Transformation, Technology & Offshore Office (CTTOO) is responsible for driving innovation, digital transformation, and strategic technology delivery across EirGrid.It plays a central role in enabling the organisation to meet its decarbonisation and infrastructure goals through the deployment of modern systems, data intelligence, and programme governance frameworks.The Offshore PMO sits within this office, ensuring alignment between technology strategy and offshore programme execution.About youSuccessful candidates will have:Qualification to degree level or equivalent qualification, with minimum 8 years relevant post-qualification experience.Power system industry expertise or other regulated utility experience is desirableExcellent communication skills with an emphasis on high quality report writing, an ability to develop graphical overviews and to communicate complex regulatory and commercial issues clearly and effectively to Heads of Function and Chief Officers.Ability to influence others to move towards a common vision or goal and to work collaboratively with others to resolve issues as they arise.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, communicate and "sell" Incentive and audit objectives.Experience developing solutions or new ways of doing things with good analytical and problem solving ability.Experience planning and organising work activities for self and others within a cross-functional team such as report writing and audit preparations to meet deadlines and deliver high quality outcomes.Ability to work collaboratively and transparently with others across the business and externally to deliver outcomes in accordance with strategic objectives.Experience of Onshore / Offshore high voltage transmission at *********** kV including an awareness of substations, overhead lines and power cables would be an advantage.Closing date for applicationsClosing date is 31st October ****We're dedicated to diversity and inclusion at Eirgrid.We recognise the strength that comes from having a diverse workforce and the importance of a supportive culture for all our people to achieve their potential.Our diversity and inclusion networks have been designed to create an inclusive culture that enables our people to feel a sense of belonging at work.As an equal opportunities' employer, we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.Reasonable accommodations are offered at every stage of our recruitment process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
