TasksYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for working within a 24x7 warehouse/logistics environment providing operations and maintenance services to support a fleet of robots.
Expected to be a subject matter expert within the department and will act as a lead and mentor to Robotics Technician I and II employees.
What You´ll Do: Leads and sets expectations for safe work practices.Provides guidance to level I and II technicians at the site.
Acts as a mentor for level I and II technicians and provides training as required.Maintains and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical systems to Robotics System.Provides advanced troubleshooting support including diagnosing and repairing complex problems within the fleet.Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots control components, photo eyes, proximity sensors, servo drives, techs, and encoders.Utilizes knowledge of the Ethernet communication modules.Assists Service Technicians repairing and maintaining material handling equipment.Completes preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures.Performs battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries.Enters downtime data in daily log, complete sPM sheets.Tracks and stores the department's inventory, including spare parts.Enters e-mail communication and date entry for database.Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsYOUR PROFILE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Qualifications and Experiences: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredTechnical school certificate or AA in Electrical/Electronics7+ years experience in Automated systems and controls requiredElectrical knowledge of basics componentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present informationAbility to calculate simple figures such as percentagesAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
