We're seeking a Head of Network Operations to lead our operational management team in Dublin.
In this key role, you will ensure our logistics network operates efficiently and effectively, maximizing margins and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Lead a high-performing operations team to meet business objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
Service Delivery: Foster a culture of service excellence, resolve escalations proactively, and promote continuous improvement.
People Leadership: Inspire, develop, and manage team performance through coaching and mentoring.
Strategic Planning: Develop initiatives to improve network performance, control costs, and mitigate risks.
Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and operational insights.
Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to standards and oversee delivery compliance (OTIF 99%).
What We're Looking For Proven operational experience in logistics, multi-site, and fast-growth environments Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets (P&L and budget control) Experience optimizing networks and leading change hands-on Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities Self-motivated with discipline, energy, and passion for operational success If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you
