Sales Design Consultant – KitchensWe are seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to join our growing kitchen business.This role is ideal for someone with a background in kitchen design, sales, or cabinet making who is ready to step into the showroom and office side of the trade.You'll work directly with clients from first consultation through to completed installation, ensuring our reputation for five-star design and finish is upheld.Key Responsibilities:Meeting clients in our showroom and guiding them through the design and sales processCarrying out accurate site measures and preparing design drawingsProducing and presenting detailed kitchen designs with a keen eye for style and functionalityInspecting workshops and deliveries to ensure quality standards are metLiaising with the wider team to oversee projects from order to installation(Occasionally, and only if suited, assisting with hands-on tasks such as deliveries or light on-site support — the vast majority of the role will remain office and showroom based)Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in kitchen sales, design, or cabinet making (cabinet-making background highly desirable)Strong design sense with a natural eye for detailConfident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clientsOrganised, reliable, and able to follow projects through to completionCompetent in CAD/design software (training can be provided)Hours & Benefits:Full-time, Monday to FridayStandard hours: 10am – 5pmOption of 8:30am – 5pm if preferred1 Saturday per month, 10am – 2pm (showroom cover/appointments)We are flexible and support work-life balanceAbout UsWe are a young and ambitious company now stepping into our 7th year of business.Over the past few years, we have made huge strides forward thanks to the strength of our team and the quality of our work.In ****, we were proudly shortlisted for three awards at the Louth Business Awards.We are a sales design team of three, and now we're looking for the fourth member to join us.While the skills listed above are highly desirable, what matters most is that you share our drive, eye for detail, and team spirit.Here, it's a team effort — we work closely together with the same goal: delivering five-star kitchens and service.With a strong local presence and a reputation for excellence, we are now nationally recognised within the North East and are stepping confidently onto the national stage.We are proud dealers for Schüller, Bora, Costeino, and Quooker, and operate as a tight-knit, passionate team dedicated to design innovation and exceptional results.If you have the skills and passion to bring kitchens to life, please get in touch – we'd love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,******-€45,****** per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee discountFlexitimeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
