Tax Senior Manager | TV and Film Sector | Dublin 2We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager for our client's tax department in Dublin.The successful candidate will lead and help grow the tax group, providing high-quality tax advisory services to the firm's substantial Film and Television client-base.This role offers an excellent opportunity to support existing clients and capitalize on new opportunities to deliver additional services.Our client is a leading firm in Ireland, with clients that include major Hollywood Film Studios, independent film production companies, and large Television Production companies in Ireland, the UK, and the USA.The company is experiencing considerable growth in tax consulting and compliance across various sectors.What's On Offer —A 35-hour working week with flexibility around the core hours of 10am-4pm.Agile working policy, allowing for up to 3 days per week of work from home.25 days annual leave, increasing in line with length of service.Contributory pension scheme with the firm contributing 5% of salary on a matched basis with employee from their date of joining.Life assurance cover of 4 x annual salary.Working from home allowance of €27 a month.Eligibility to a company car up to the value of €24,000 or an annual car allowance of €5,650.Eligibility for the firm's Profit-Sharing Plan that runs from October to September each year.Employee referral scheme and new client referral scheme.Eligibility for the discretionary bonus scheme.Private Medical – entitled to join on successful completion of probationary period.Paid travel expenses when working at offices other than your contracted office.The opportunity to join a number of people network groups as well as be a part of the growing ED&I network.Main Responsibilities —Delivering high-quality tax advisory services to clients on a wide range of issues, including global mobility and employment tax issues, inbound/outbound corporate tax planning, IP migration and exploitation, cross-border VAT issues, wealth planning, etc.Advising on film/tv production structures and reviewing structure documentation to ensure compliance.Managing the corporation tax affairs of companies and groups within the sector.Reviewing and approving Film and Television and Gaming Tax Credit Claims.Advising clients on the conditions of qualifying for Film and Television and Gaming Tax Credit Claims.Managing a team of tax professionals.Leading the tax department with responsibility for further growth of the business.About you —A committed and experienced tax adviser with a variety of experience.Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.Experience of working with clients in the Creative Sector would be an advantage, though not essential provided the candidate has a track record of delivering a high standard of client service and dealing with complex technical work.A natural team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.Educated to at least degree level, with a relevant professional qualification (AITI/ACA/ACCA).Sound like something that's of interest?Please send your details through the link below and we'll be in touch for a confidential discussion on the detailsAll applications will be treated in the strictest of confidenceCheck out our website – Patrick O'RourkeisaTax/Audit/Accountancy Recruitment Specialist, experienced in placing candidates from entry to Director level.For a confidential discussion around opportunities in the market, please contact me directly –T – ************#J-*****-Ljbffr
