Overview
Regional People Partner (EMEA) – Location: Paris (Hybrid).
Contract: 8-month FTC (7 months + possible 1-month extension).
Start: ASAP.
We are hiring on behalf of a leading global organisation seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to support HR operations across France, Belgium, and Spain.
This is a dynamic opportunity to join a high-performing HR team and play a key role in shaping people strategies across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Lead regional HR initiatives across France, Belgium, and Spain.
Support employee relations and advise managers on people-related issues.
Coach managers to develop leadership capabilities and drive performance.
Drive employee engagement and cultural programs to strengthen organisational culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including payroll, mobility, benefits, and HR operations to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.
