As CyberSentriq embarks on its journey as a new company, we are excited to announce our MSP-first approach, AI-driven capabilities, and the integration of TitanHQ and Redstor.Our strategic goals are aligned with our vision to become a high-growth, innovative cybersecurity platform targeting $100M ARR by ****.CyberSentriq is committed to providing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that empower Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver exceptional services to their clients.With our AI-driven capabilities, we aim to enhance threat detection, response, and prevention, ensuring the highest level of security for businesses of all sizes.The integration of TitanHQ and Redstor into our platform further strengthens our offerings, providing comprehensive protection against cyber threats and data loss.This collaboration enables us to deliver a unified solution that addresses the evolving needs of the cybersecurity landscape.Join us in our mission to revolutionise the cybersecurity industry and achieve our ambitious growth targets.The RoleThe Renewals Executive will be responsible for selling renewal contracts to our existing customer base and, where possible, cross selling and up selling to maximise revenue.It involves becoming very familiar with our systems and products and talking direct to our customers on the phone on a daily basis.The role offers excellent earning potential and for someone who is eager to succeed.The successful candidate will have experience selling or will have had exposure to a busy office/sales environment.They will have worked to targets and will be used to performing well under pressure and be very well organised.They will be used to talking to customers on the phone and have excellent communication skills both on the phone and over email.A background in selling software to businesses would be a distinct advantage but is not required.We need a team player who will fit into our Galway based sales team and contribute to the high standards expected.This is a specified purpose contract covering maternity leave.Depending on business needs there is the possibility of extension.Responsibilities - What will I be working on?Sell over the phone to customers who's product subscriptions are due for renewalConvert 'opportunities' to sales and process orders efficientlyCross-sell and up-sell new products and services to these customers where possibleMeet or exceed Titan HQ's stated financial targets for renewals and manage a sales pipeline that is capable of delivering key targetsUpdate the company's sales database and ensure all data is accurateWork with our resellers and distributors to facilitate their product renewalsReport regularly to your manager on monthly sales, forecast etc.Skills - What we need you to bring to the tableA team player with an interest in pursuing a career in salesCapable of working in a vibrant and target driven environmentAn organised individual with working knowledge of everyday software tools (word, Excel etc)Third level qualification and knowledge of IT an advantageExcellent telephone and communication skills
