Responsibilities:
This role, GOSO (Global Operations and Strategy Organization) - Sales Force Optimization Sr.
Associate Consultant/Associate Consultant, will report to the GOSO SFO Team Leader and work within a team set up to provide critical capabilities for Lilly IBU (International Business Unit).
These capabilities may include , Customer Segmentation & Targeting , Sales force Sizing, Structure, Territory Alignment Design and Maintenance, Field Call planning and Refinement
Key accountabilities:
Collate information regarding the field force size, structure, performance, etc.
to support SFO recommendations for Customer Operations teamUse data and reports to develop, optimize, and implement strategies aimed at improving Sales teams' performanceDevelop approaches to design and align territories, do resource sizing & structure, personnel placement etc.Conduct analysis of the data and cascade the overall sales target to the sales associate levelBuild recurring Tableau, Power BI reports to measure key KPIs related to performance of field force and other rolesSet up processes to ensure continuous high-quality delivery including but not limited to implementing best project management practicesServe as trusted advisor by actively participating in various phases of the projects (including kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation and data visualizationsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeUnderstanding of Pharma Landscape and Sales Force Optimization activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and any applicable state and federal marketing and promotion laws and regulationsAdditional Skills/Preferences:
BTech/ MBA with 3-6 years of experience in sales planning and managementKnowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (BI, Tableau), Javelin suite of products, CRM systems, Veeva, SQL, AWS, and MS OfficeExcellent communication (written & verbal) and prioritization skills with attention to detailStrong learning agilityStrong analytical mindsetHigh level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situationsKeen focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems, supported by strong analytical reasoningExperience in business analysisExperience working on SFE for multiple geographies would be a plusAdditional Information:
