About the Role
Since 2022, Sculpted have launched 4 flagship stores; Grafton St. Dublin, Kildare Village, Victoria Square, Belfast and Carnaby St., London.
Due to our expanding retail footprint into more owned retail spaces, Sculpted by Aimee are seeking a full time Area Manager to join our Sculpted HQ team in Dublin.
As a Sculpted by Aimee Area Manager, you will work to support retail sales teams to maximise commercial opportunity.
You will lead our teams based in our Sculpted retail stores to create fantastic experiences every day for our customers.
You will work closely with store teams helping them to interpret and achieve targets and you will build great relationships with store teams and support them in agreeing to their plans and commitments to achieve Sculpted goals and vision.
Accountabilities Include
Act as a business partner, establishing and implementing business plans in line with the brands needs to maximise margin growth.
You will travel to retails stores to conduct your duties on-site, alongside our Store Managers
Build strong relationships with Store Managers and teams to support, advise and guide the efficient operation of their store.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets as set out by the Divisional Sales Manager and ensure actual in line with forecasts.
Report on key performance metrics for each store.
You will share insights and actions to support sales and KPI growth.
During your store visits, you will collate a summary of performance, identifying key areas where support is needed to ensure the commercial success of the store
Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and the marketing team to successfully plan and execute the promotional calendar to the highest standard.
You will coach and work alongside retail teams to support them in being exemplary with customer experience, provisioning them with feedback and guidance.
Work closely with the trade and design teams to develop and implement signage, digital screen updates and visual merchandise plans to drive exceptional store standards.
Work closely with the Training and Education Manager to implement a consistent calendar of training support and help to foster a culture of education in our retail environments
Build strong relationships with the Sculpted HQ team and work across functions to drive opportunities and contribute to the overall brand strategy.
You will act as the liaison between head office and store teams.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the marketplace, brands and customers to ensure effective market intelligence.
Experience Needed
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Proven experience as an Area manager/Regional Manager/Retail Operations Manager/Multi-site Manager.
Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge and understanding of recruitment and HR within the retail sector.
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A full, clean drivers' license, as there will be weekly travel involved in this role.
Eligible to live and work in the EU.
Good knowledge of beauty preferable also.
