We are hiring a General Manager in Dublin to help shape the Staycity guest journey.
This role will manage two properties: Staycity Christchurch (35 keys) and Staycity Dublin Castle (50 keys), within walking distance of each other.

Responsibilities
Support all HODs in all aspects of running the property, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales and revenue
Ensure departments operate within Staycity Group brand SOPs and address feedback promptly
Regularly evaluate individual and team performance against goals; provide on-the-job training, performance appraisals, one-on-one discussions, and team meetings
Produce revenue and cost forecasts, monitor budgets, and communicate shortfalls to the Executive Office when necessary
Ensure hotel compliance with legislation, H&S, and Staycity Group requirements
Deliver department-specific training plans to enhance skills aligned with strategic goals
Cultivate cross-department collaboration and effective teamwork
Monitor guest satisfaction feedback and resolve disputes professionally within guidelines
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience and 3+ years in a similar level role, with significant hotel or aparthotel sector experience
Full working proficiency in English
Demonstrated success in driving revenue through strategic commercial initiatives
Humility, approachability, and ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Forward-thinking and innovative with a continuous improvement mindset
Self-motivated, able to inspire and lead the team
Energetic, flexible, and adaptable to changing circumstances
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt effectively
Experience engaging in strategic business discussions at a high level
Ability to motivate, coach, and support the team to deliver world-class results
Experience providing training, guidance, and support to all teams and driving the culture
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
